These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adwynx Chrome extension and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Adwynx ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Adwynx is an AI-powered assistant that operates as a Chrome extension inside advertising.amazon.com. It reads campaign performance data visible in your browser session, generates analysis and recommendations, and can execute changes to your Amazon Ads account when you explicitly approve each action.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Amazon Advertising account to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@adwynx.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $29.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Adwynx is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Use of the Service does not modify your agreement with Amazon. You remain responsible for compliance with all Amazon Advertising policies.
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Campaign data is transmitted to our secure backend to generate AI responses. We do not access your Amazon account credentials and do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will improve your campaign performance. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adwynx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any changes made to your Amazon Ads campaigns. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the extension. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
